Yup, us runners loveeeeeeeeeee to track our progress or sometimes lack of on spreadsheets. I have one that allows for running, cycling, & swimming. Gives me weekly, monthly and ytd totals.

I'm such a dork that one day I spent almost 30 minutes trying to post my spreadsheet on my blog. It didn't work. Some people (not to name names) put their spreadsheets on their cubical walls. Others, (meahemme)post their marathon map. So, you know!

In other news, yay for 100 miles.

speaking of tickers, I just found this:
http://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/publishers;jsessionid=734653388BA32D92E482FE255128C0D7.app2

feedburner is apparently an RSS feed thing... but as part of it they have a counter...

Disclaimer: This is not an endorsement. I have no idea if the thing works, or is a piece of c***. I just know that so many people want to subscribe to my blog, that I started looking into it.
